Workspace

The workspace is where your HumanDid documents live.

Document states

• Draft: a document that can still be edited.
• Certified: a document with an issued certificate.

Finding documents

• Open a document from the list.
• Use the Draft and Certified views to filter by status.
• Start a new document when you want HumanDid to record a fresh writing process.
• Use workspace search when you remember a title but not where the document is.

Support in the workspace

The support button opens inside the workspace so your current work is not interrupted. From that panel you can open Docs, read FAQ, view your requests, or submit a new request.

For document and certification issues, support may ask you to enable service mode. Service mode lets the team inspect document content for support or operations, and it can be disabled from settings.
